SLA level for a ticket and a plan





Does have WHMCS SLA feature? I mean that some clients or group of clients has high priority and their ticket should be responded at first and in very short time. Ideally, if it will possibly create a hosting plan with different price according to the SLA.

This is not currently a feature of WHMCS, but we welcome suggestions for features at http://request.whmcs.com . In the meantime you could use client groups to make tickets submitted by certain clients stand out in the ticket list, by choose red as the highlight colour for example.
