The File Monitor for WHMCS will scan your WHMCS files recognising when a file has been modified, created or deleted and then notify you via email.

Records files MD5 (and/or) SHA fingerprint

Can you upgrade your ionCube loader? I'm trying to get a new encoder which will allow an older loader.

I could, but this will affect a lot of users if they want this mod, I will look at us updating this week then i will test it...

Auditd, a daemon in most Linux distros will also do this for you. A relatively good guide can be found here:

This would of course require root leve access to yum, apt-get, etc.

I have updated the download link so you can use the same loaders as set out in the WHMCS system requirements.

In my testing I have found a deal breaker... there needs to be a way to set ignore on folders, ie the cache folders for whmcs and in our case useresponse as well

I will have this implemented in the next update, along with skipping certain file extensions.
