I have a reseller account [xxx_00000000xx*] on a Plesk server and I'm trying to connect it to my WHMCS instance (hosted inside Plesk), but I am receiving a generic error with the content "Error code: 1006. Error message: Permission denied." when I attempt to sync (fig. 1.1). WHMCS is able to see how many accounts I have (fig. 1.2) under the Plesk reseller account [xxx_00000000xx], I am able to sync accounts from Plesk to WHMCS (Plesk → WHMCS) and I am able to log in to Plesk via the 'Login to Control Panel' button, but when I attempt to refresh the Plesk data via the 'Refresh' button next to the server name (fig. 1.3) or the 'Refresh All Remote Data' button (fig. 1.4), I receive error code 1006 (fig. 1.1). I have checked that the Plesk API is enabled (fig. 1.5) and the reseller account [xxx_00000000xx] has access to the Remote API (fig. 1.6). Hello! I am running into an issue when my clients order web hosting. When clients order, it automatically creates the account on Plesk, but leaves the order on Pending. When I go to approve the order, it will throw up an error saying the account already exists. This is causing issues where clients are not automatically getting the emails with their account credentials. Is there a way to fix it so it automatically sends the email when the account is created? I am using the latest versions of Plesk and WHMCS

Hello everyone, I've experienced an issue when using Wordpress Hosting with Plesk Module, this issue appear when we use a Custom Field for Blog Title. Pic 1. Plesk Module Settings Pic 2. Custom Field When we place an order we will enter the blog title, but when Wordpress installation is finished the blog title doesn't match what we entered before. Pic 3. I recently installed WHMCS on a VPS running Plesk and had some issues configuring Cron. the suggested cron command was */5 * * * * php -q /var/www/vhosts/MYDOMAIN/whmcs/crons/cron.php However this invokes the CLI version of php installed on the server and failed with the complaint that the ioncube loader version was incorrect and could not decode the cron file. The domain where WHMCS is installed is running php 7 but the cli php on the server itself is stuck at version 5.3 and upgrade not available in the yum repositories for centos6. Altering the cron command to point at the correct php binary in use of the domain resolved the issue /opt/plesk/php/7.0/bin/php -q /var/www/vhosts/MYDOMAIN/whmcs/crons/cron.php You also need to set the /path/to/WHMCS/ in the config in the crons directory Hope this helps other Plesk users to get their configuration working -

Using the admin panel, an administrator can create,delete or modify customer accounts. I am testing WHMCS and Plesk onyx at the moment. However, I ran into a bit of a problem while trying to add a new product to a customer. I have defined some packages on Plesk and WHMCS, both of them are in sync and works fine. I don't need any payment gateway since I am going to be using a different method to process the payment ( no gateways). When I use my admin account to add a product on the client summary page, I get redirected to a page and the error "No payment methods setup so cannot continue. Please activate at least one gateway module in the Payment Gateway Config Page and then try again." is shown. Is there anyway to add a product using my admin account without the need of a payment gateway, this is urgent. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I understand that many people have run into this problem but I would like to know how others are getting around it. The problem Plesk differs from cPanel in the way that it creates a customer level account and service subscriptions under that, this is a problem when it comes to providing the correct panel login details on the welcome letter. When the first service is created, the panel and FTP login details are okay on the welcome letter but from second service onwards, the welcome letter issues a new set of panel login details, these wont work as the second subscription is placed under the customer account created when the first service was ordered. On cPanel, a new panel login is created for every service so this isn't a problem. How do others get around this problem to issue the correct panel login details to the customer? -
Hi All, I've just come across a small issue. I've manually created a client within the whmcs system. I've added a product to the system placing the order. I've attempted to click on "Create" so that the domain is set up within plesk however I get this error: Module Create Failed - Service ID: 105 - Error: Error code: 1014. Error message: Parser error: Request is invalid. Error in line 5: Element 'owner-id': '' is not a valid value of the atomic type 'int'. I've just looked at plesk and the new client that I created isn't listed as a customer so I'm assuming that it cannot link the subscription because the client does not exist. How do I get it to create the client in plesk?

Hi, I've a problem. My WHMCS doesn't create a Plesk account when an order with only the domain s made. If someone buy an hosting package, then the Plesk account is being created, but this is not the same for the domains registration. Is there any way to do that? I surfed all the internet without finding anything. Thanks to all for the answer.

Hey there, After applying the necessary changes to the Plesk configuration for PCI compliance that essentially disable SSLv3 and TLSv1 (leaving only TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2 as an option), WHMCS is no longer able to communicate with Plesk. It provides this error when attempting to do so: Is there something being passed to curl that is requiring SSLv3 or TLSv1.0 only? We're using openssl-1.0.1e-42.el6.x86_64 on CentOS 6.7, which most definitely supports the latest TLS protocol versions. Plesk: 12.0.18 Update #69 WHMCS: 6.1.1

We recently migrated our WHMCS over to a newer server running Plesk 12. Everything went well except some Timezone issues. We have found that when our crons run for billing and for ticket pop importing the cron kicks off at the RIGHT time however the scripts themselves are executed in the timezone set on the system time of the shared VPS server. This causes all of our tickets to be shown as being brought in 4 hours in the future as well as billing cron timestamps being incorrect. Has anyone else seen this issue or know how specifically to get the cron under your subscription in Plesk or on CentOS to use a specific timezone. Note that we did set the timezone under the Plesk general settings and also attempted to do it under the Plesk subscription however neither seem to make a difference however setting it for the domain itself under PHP settings does work for scripts accessed via the domain (http).

Hello, We have a customer with a hosting package that includes 10GB of bandwidth. They also have 10GB upgrade they are paying for providing a total allowance of 20GB. They consumed a total of 39GB, and were billed for 29GB of bandwidth at the rate setup for the product under overages & billing. WHMCS indicates that the system does not calculate/include any upgrades when calculating the overage fee's. This sounds entirely strange. You would think if they are paying for 20GB total, it would have only billed them for 19GB overage, but that's not how it works. How is everyone else dealing with this? We use the Plesk module. -
Hi, i use actual Plesk Server (3 Server with WHMCS) and i get a Problem by using it. I have added all Server correct to WHMCS and i can access it from WHMCS Server (test after add the Server) But i get 1.) no Server in the List of Servers, if i want add a Client and a Product. 2.) get this Error by using Function create.. Hello, Is there a documentation on how to integrate WHMCS with Plesk's Customer Acquisition Scenario (Web Presence Builder)? Plesk's default implementation works only with their own billing solution, but there is a PDF explaining how to integrate with third party systems like WHMCS: http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP10/10.2.0/Doc/en-US/pdf/plesk-10-sitebuilder-customer-acquisition.pdf With this integration it is possible to offer a test scenario for anonymous visitors test Plesk's Web Presence Builder, and if they click "Buy Service Plan" they can be redirect to WHCMS to sign up, and then transform the test site into a production one. I'm seeing that the with the version 5.3.3 there is a new Plesk module, but unfortunately is not documented in wiki http://docs.whmcs.com/Plesk and even in the changelog is just mentioned with no big details. http://docs.whmcs.com/Changelog:WHMCS_V5.3 And even testing that module, it fails and the first shot. Error code: 1014. Error message: <ip_address> should be specified in <gen_setup> So, can you WHMCS please provide us with more information about? Thanks
