  1. Sparky does wonders , I swear he is a ex WHMCS employee
  2. I believe in the coupon area when you edit the details of it there is a 'recurring' check box, this should solve your problem?
  3. I only took a look at the first page, looks good to me Maybe try contrasting some colours later on in the theme/other pages
  4. Have you tried clearing out your templates_c folder? This is your template cache folder, if you empty all its contents (not the folder its self) then that may solve your issue. If this fails try to upload the cart.php file and also check that on your system you have it set to the cart view. Regards, Andrew
  5. Am I able to receive an updated version Juiced as you say you have made ammendments? Thanks,
  6. I'm not even sure if you are allowed to do this. It is against most laws in many countries, have you also had ALL your customers approve to you having a virtual copy of their CC information? Question really to ask is, do you actually know the laws?
  7. If you can't see the option for your payment gateway the best thing to do is contact the kind WHMCS team direct to see what is available, just reference this thread and I am sure they can advise you in regards to your gateway
  8. Can I just add to this and state that different business needs dictate. If you are in a market where you believe this to be viable then you are within your rights to concur, if you are in a market where you don't believe this to be viable, sure have your comment but don't stop the expansion and slate other companies and peoples business ethics here yeah? I ask again in about the 3rd thread now for some sort of dacorum on this forum. You must understand you cannot slate your competators and think its all dandy and fine. You have your business rules, they have theirs. Just agree to disagree, we are not here to discuss the politics of this industry nor are we here to discuss personal outgoings. Now where I stand in regards to this is split. I would like the option for this to be available and convert it into an invoice potentially. Reason being is we deal with clients accross the globe who need ammendments, assistance or troubleshooting in regards to web design. They need our coders to assist and change this for them. The option to simply add a charge for this would be very helpful rather than bringing up an invoice however this is a viable option granted. I would like to see the option of this, please remember I think an optional approach would be the best one, to be able to have this on or off. This way business' are able to have this on if they need to charge, if you disagree with it then you don't need to enable it do you There are many other services people offer with the WHMCS system other than just web hosting support. Perhaps consider thinking out of the box and understanding that there are OTHER business' in this world and on this forum that do not do webhosting at all. Business needs dictate.
  9. Are you correctly synced with the server? This could be an issue if you are receiving it empty and expecting different.
  10. I do believe the 'Updates' reference is applicable to stopping you downloading the newer versions However would like a WHMCS member to confirm on this as I do not speak for WHMCS, I am only a customer
  11. Sparky: Can we forecast a forum revolution within the next 2 months then?
  12. Good answer however I still would have liked to discuss the thread and have/express my own views on it regardless if WHMCS has it in their scope or not, its feedback. But I see your point, thanks bear.
  13. To answer your question directly you need to reference the .tpl files which are your template files. whmcs install> templates> your template name in use> _____ A lot of them can be customised and code added but it is a lot of trial and error I also suggest doing a full backup before hand. If you don't notice any changes try deleting all files in your template cache folder which is found here: whmcs install> templates_c> _____ And then refresh. Hope this helps. Cheers.
  14. Question: Even though the OP of that thread was advertising you did ammend his post to remove them, thus would it have been benofficial for other users to have comments on a valid point that he had? It was after all feedback regardless if he was advertising. Agreed he broke the rule of advertisment however it was vetted and removed, thus users should be able to read and comment on his original point and how the thread now reads of template services... its feedback from your customers...? Just playing devils advocate here btw... And the answer is: ....
  15. Although just reading a thread I see your point Zorro in regards to this thread here: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=17075 I would have liked to have some input if I am totally honest, but then again I think I post plenty of my opinionated views over these forums as I do any.
  16. Chaps you have to understand that this is looked upon as support forums rather than community forums. Unfortunately unlike most community/public forums where you have areas for posts like you have been describing etc WHMCS do not. I disagree that it is always bear, he moderates to the best of his ability but agree that maybe the moderation area should be looked at in regards to either closing a thread or deleting the crap content, I believe that the word moderation refers to 'moderating' the content rather than just closing the thread thus Zorro you have a point however in Bears defence he is preventing it from going off topic... I'm split 50/50, I have moderated plenty of forums so don't want to start slating moderators as it is a very political and hard viewed job by those who receive the brunt.
  17. I seem to be having some issues with Livezilla however believe it could be my SSL cert preventing the GEO tracking from working, it is enabled but is not displaying region/city, only the country. Anyone else having this issue?
  18. I have to concur with Zorro on this one, we all submit feature requests and I would say they all have relevance to some extent, the difference is that is the feature request for YOUR company or is it for the software as a whole? You need to ask yourself this question. If it is for your own business then you need a custom coder however if you truely believe it would benefit the WHMCS system for ALL users then post it up. Zorro: Yeah I would like better visibilty of where feature requests are taken, yeah the Dev tracker is there but once it is there no one has any chance to make opinions on it or help throw ideas in, I think utilising the forums more with a child category would help the WHMCS team as the community can come up with the ideas rather than go on a 'yeah thats fine and set in stone' type approach that I feel is currently being taken, if the community had time to discuss and expand on some features people would not need to post so many feature requests as it would already be included. A good example of this is the Quote feature! The only issue with creating a child forum is that you would need to properly administrate it but I would be willing to help out as I am sure many others would, many of us are advanced with vBulletin and probably more than willing to assist if it helps the product develop. WHMCS Team: You have a excellent community here, I think once you have read the above statement utilising the community and their inputs more would benifit you guys when developing and you wouldn't have to release so many updates because all issues would be ironed out and ideas would not be missed, not to say you guys are bad, but we all overlook parts, its always the best option to have a fresh input and view on it rather than from simply a development point of view, this would save you having to come back and work on it again!! All of my above points would basically reduce the feature requests and the ammount of them that are here. I think having a input on the 'soon to be implemented' features that are in the Dev tracker is a must, I mean come on, its only logical to save yourself work and brainstorming when you have hundreds of people here who will do it for free!! (Wait did I just sell myself and others out? lol) Either way I think it needs to be taken into account and re looked at, thanks for Zorro for inspiring my opinionated views on the matter all complaints please forward to him (kidding) Cheers, Andrew.
  19. We are verified by PayPal, are a Registered Limited Company (UK) and VAT Registration is in progress for us, these make you as a company credible to the customer. We have a SSL encryption and secure servers with software/hardware firewalls, MaxMind Fraud prevention, these make the customer feel safe with us as a company I have always found that images are better than a paragraph explaining this that and the other, if you have a image to show company credibilty then all the better, some examples are PayPal verified, Maxmind logo etc etc etc
  20. Your post/comment has no relevance to this thread. Don't post if you do not want to contribute to the 'contributions' section, this is not a bitch about server security section.
  21. Good points there Ace! I suggest any further comments be only based on the WHMCS integration and website as agreed by many parties. Regards, Andrew.
  22. Go to orders and click the order number, you may have it set to manually generate invoices and set up accounts. Failing that check you have your cron running.
  23. Very true, I await recognition of my problem then.
