Hmm, try re-creating your image as a smaller size then and then upload it. Note that it will not work if you simply downscale it, you need the original scaleable canvas or a program that will shrink it properly. If that doesn't work try opening a support ticket with WHMCS referencing this ticket to show you have tryed, however I believe that re-uploading a different sized image will work.

In my knowledgebase articles the print feature works however the 'Add to favourites' link does not seem to do anything or add to my bookmarks etc. The other is my search facility does not seem to be searching correctly or picking up the words at all. LaptopFreak, I think you will find Jack's way will work fine. When the client wants to use it again then you change the usage from maximum of 1 to 2 and it is then controled. You can also check your coupon usage in the reports area by going to: Reports > Promotions Usage. Hope this helps you out.

The only problem I had with the PDF invoice is that the text went over into the cost cells rather than a new line, is there any code I can add to stop this? Does this happen with the quote invoice? Also what sort of IF statement would we use to hide the discount column if it = 0.00 ? This could also solve the quote system problem with the discount column not always wanting to be on show, its been requested by a lot of people on the forums... I would also like to say I am very happy with the Invoice PDF that I puchased from juiced to help assist us, has worked very well after a couple of hours customisation Cheers. Andy.

I believe this is possible. If you set up a package that only bills the client annually, then mark the first billing cycle as free or you can ammend the invoice or even provide a promotion code to discount the yearly ammount? Then the cycle should continue to bill the customer on a yearly basis as it was in the package?

For email marketing does anyone know of any good email builders to send to your clients and that avoid being junked? Maybe some with a subscribe and un-subscribe system in built? Any that are free and others that are paid for? We are looking into using this technique but wondering if you have found it works etc. Speculation, thoughts and opinions are welcome.

Try changing the following in your includes folder pdfconfig.php and also your quotepdf.tpl that is located in your current template folder. Find the line: $pdf->Image(ROOTDIR.'/images/logo.gif',20,25); and change it to $pdf->Image(ROOTDIR.'/images/logo.gif',20,25, 45); This worked for me! Thanks to Sparky and SindreM

I don't quite see how putting adds on your website is benofficial, it will only show your competators. In my opinion the design looks outdated and more retro than anything, but good integration. Clean.

Gents/Ladies, My current php config file needs a little bit of re allignment. I am fiddling around with the code but which line do I need to edit to move the logo and main contents around? The problem is my logo is overlapping with the area where the text is input, any ideas would be appreciated.
