Best Apache configuration for WHMCS?

Hello.

I'm not fully satisfied with performance of my WHMCS install, and I guess it can be optimized working on Apache configuration... 

So I googled around about tricks and best pratctices about Apache configuration for WHMCS, but found almost nothing: just this:  https://docs.whmcs.com/System_Environment_Guide#Web_Server ...

So here I'm to ask: about Apache environment, are the default values the better for WHMCS? Or there's some environment variable that can be better set to a different value?

Can I ask what you are not satisfied with?

Is it WHMCS in general or some features?

What specifications do you have on the server running WHMCS?

PHP and MySQL version?

Have you adjusted the default values for MySQL?
