Harrison Mayotte Posted November 28, 2020 Share Posted November 28, 2020 Hi there, In my WHMCS when clients go to verify their email, they click the link they get in the email, and it brings them to this page: Which is not the default, but if I added the ?systpl=six flag to the URL, it brings to you the page where you can actually verify: What can I do to fix this problem? Is it something else? my first thought would be to go to the UHost developer (that's your custom theme) and see if they have an update/fix for this - if it works with Six, but not their custom, then I think it's down to them to fix it.
