Office 365 add user issue

Hello guys,

I have an issue during add a user using Office 365 Module, like you see in screenshot when i try to add i have the message (screenshot), even if i keep only a name (ex: redouane) in input box,

And also i can add user from microsoft partner and i can see it in clientarea, but as i said i cannot add the user from my whmcs clientarea.

Can someone pls tell me what is the problem .

with this being the ModulesGarden addon (I assume), have you asked their support ??

Yes is ModulesGarden addon, no i didn't asked them, i will asked them
