License invalid after update to 7.3

After an autoupdate, I recieved this message

My host provider sent me this message:

While investigating the reported issue I found that the license was failing to be able to be verified due to known conflicts with the ImageMagick PHP extension. In order to resolve these conflicts I have disabled the ImageMagick extension from being used on your site. With ImageMagick disabled you should now be able to load your admin page without issue.
