Hello, I have a WHMCS install in which we're using the API to embed an order form in another application. With WHMCS 8x, we're using the CreateSsoToken API function to authenticate the user. This same code is working an another WHMCS install, both of which are on 8.1.3. Users/Clients are being created properly in both installs, but only in the other install are those users being redirected to the cart; in this one, I'm getting this error: {"error":"access_denied","error_description":"Single Sign-On has been disabled for this account."} I did find this community post about the error, but we're not using cPanel application links, I double checked the value in the tblclients.uuid table, and ensured the client had SSO enabled. Here is the function we're using to build the SSO token request. This section, and the callwhmcsapi() function it references, are the same between this install (that's throwing the above error) and the other install that's working fine. I am facing an issue with the OpenIDConnect. I am using WordPress as the OIDC client using this plugin. I am sending the Authorization request, it prompts me for the login. I was able to login with my credentials, but I'm facing some issue. After login in WHMCS, it seems to redirect to authorize endpoint again. That time, it's not picking the domain name of WHMCS, it's just redirecting to authorize endpoint's path. ie. https://oauth/authorize.php instead of https://whmcs.ppa.group/oauth/authorize.php. The support team suggested that I check the Authorization URL. The authorization URL is - https://whmcs.ppa.group/oauth/authorize.php?client_id=PPA-GROUP.j0uYaMB7%2FnNzc0KCxtAhDA%3D%3D&scope=openid%20profile%20email&redirect_uri=https://ppa.group&response_type=code&state=T0F1dGg= Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all I'm surprised that this doesn't appear to be have been quoted / commented on more than it has, as I'd suspect it affects far more than just the handful to raise their hands so far. When a client is logged into their WHMCS-based account, they have the ability to SSO to their cPanel-based account, a great hand-off from one platform to another. Unfortunately what doesn't happen is the domain name remaining the same - so client starts their journey at https://myhostingbrand.com/client and then is passed into cPanel at https://servername.myresellerbrand.com:2083 This breaks the whitelabelling nature of being a reseller and exposes domain names that can lead to confusion with the end client. @WHMCS Peter has documented that this is possible, and a Feature request has been created. If you also experience this (or even if you don't!) it would be great to get the "I like this idea" count up and try to bring this development forward, so that everyone who uses WHMCS with cPanel can enhance the reselling experience for their clients. I have version 6.3.1 whmcs I activated application Links in WHMCS clicked configure verified all is on click on the View Log 90 Warnings it start out then list 90 or so warnings [sNIP] Then I look at the end of the log I have attached the screenshot of beginning and the end of log. Not sure why or where this error is coming from I checked Cpanel client login and there is no billing section.
