might depend on your lookup provider... if you're using Standard Whois, you could add five TLDs to your lookup provider configuration in domain pricing...

 

 

alternatively, as with the pricing table and spotlight TLDs, you might be able to copy the code from standard_cart and see if that works - you'd certainly need the .js code too, but whether that would conflict with existing Modern code I don't know... though if it were me, i'd just bite the bullet and use Standard_Cart!
