Hello, I’m trying to use a suite of WHMCS/WordPress integration plugins called WHMpress. Sadly I've run into some issues and the developer support is subpar so, I'm looking to you guys to hopefully help me. The plugins communicate with WHMCS via a module addon. This is the where all of the issues stem from. This is the error I see under the PHP Version Compatibility page for two files (modules/addons/whmpress/library.php and modules/addons/whmpress/whmp_functions.php): Files encoded using the V9 or V10 encoder (without bundling) cannot be differentiated and it is therefore not possible for us to confirm compatibility. If the files were obtained prior to March 2018, it is likely that they are encoded using ionCube V9 or earlier, and will not be compatible with the selected PHP version. We recommend contacting the original vendor to confirm file compatibility before upgrading. This is the error I see under the error logs: Error: Whoops\Exception\ErrorException: The file /home2/rws28837/rws.richtopco.com/modules/addons/whmpress/whmp_functions.php encoded as type [1/71] cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader. in Unknown:0 Stack trace: #0 /home2/rws28837/rws.richtopco.com/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/Utility/Error/Run.php(0): WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleError(16, 'The file /home2...', 'Unknown', 0) #1 [internal function]: WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleShutdown() #2 {main} I'm using a shared hosting server so I don't have root access. My sites are using php7.4 and ionCube24 v10.4.5. If I update to a newer version of php then the ioncube loader is outdated and I get an error screen while trying to access my WHMCS admin page. Hello, I'm trying to use the WHMCS license module and I'm not getting it. I've tried several times and I've read the documentation many times and I can't understand. I have Wordpress systems that I need to license. But I have doubts, what do I do with the example file? where do i put it? on each system I want to license? What is the structure of the license.txt file? is it just a single line containing my client's license key? How do I call the license and sample file? is using a require once? There are several questions that do not exist in the documentation. There is only the example, but it does not show how to handle and how to leave it in operation. Help me please!

Recently we have encountered a issue related to our Billing, the ResellerClub has decided to add the individual charges/fee for each account in Linux Reseller Hosting, therefore, we have many cPanel account and we weren't charging our client individually for cP license fee. so could you please help us understand the procedure so that we can do the following without disturbing their basic package hosting. - Forcefully add (cPanel Fee Add-on) in the next invoice , and also compulsory to all Shared products only (hosting) based on monthly, yearly, or biannually billing.

After a long search in Google and this community, I didn't really able to find a clue on how to handle this, if there is a product which upgrade will incurs a full charge, rather than default prorated charge in WHMCS. Do you guys has any hints or workaround? Here's the full list of issues I am experiencing now, hope will get any help from you here. Thanks in advance. 1. What's the proper procedures to take, if there is a product/service renewal or upgrade will incurs a full charge rather than prorated according to remaining days? 2. When a product/service renewed (recurring auto CC charged or invoice paid), which hook or function in Addons/Provisions can use to trigger follow up actions? Like post an API request to principle for such renewal action. 3. When a Renewal button being click, either on Admin/Client Panel, it will triggers invoice and charge directly on client deposited funds if sufficient fund available. Which localAPI should I call? 4. I noticed if the Product/Service being created with recurring terms, for example monthly or annually, it will automatically triggered an invoice by WHMCS cron. Wish to know if there is sufficient fund in client account, will the cron direct credited its balance and send a paid invoice? Which hook should I use if the invoice send is a paid invoice? Hi all! I'm writing an Add-on and am trying to hook to UserEdit, but I'm finding that in My Profile (client area) there are 2 'SAVE' buttons: Top for the name, bottom for the email. A simple logging statement at the beginning of the hook declaration in my hooks.php file is showing that the hook is called as expected with the TOP SAVE button, but not on the BOTTOM ??? Can somebody please confirm if this is a bug or a problem with my installation and how to troubleshoot it? I'm on v8.1.0-release.1 Thank you in advance.

Now my question is, is it possible to sign-up for just this product only (no middlestep in the whmcs, to order it). Can you tell me if there is some module, addon or similar to get that work? Hi All, I want to set up custom fields based on the quantity of a product that the user order, as an example A customer orders 3 Name Badges and 3 Custom Fields appear allowing text entry so that the Names can be typed in, I'm using it to name servers that are under management, but if I do it with Custom Fields from the admin portal it comes up with only a single custom field which doesn't help me. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Is there a quicker way to create addons? It seems like there should be. Right now I am creating them one-by-one and if Product A is already a product, why cant I choose it to be an addon for another Product B and vice versa?

I am using WHMCS v6.0.2 There appears to be no way a client can request cancellation of an "Addon" from the Client Area... Example - a client has 1 "product" (their hosting account) - and 2 "Addons" (Web Promotion Service + Twitter Promotion Service) The client wants to cancel the 2 addons from next month but there is NO way they can do this from within their Client Area - i.e. the only thing they can cancel from Client Area is the main product - the hosting account - which is not what they want to do... They can, after digging about, view their addons - but there is no "cancel" option This appears to be a glaring omission for WHMCS Will this be addressed if future versions?

The Addons lists in WHMCS 6.1 include a LOT of outdated addons - some of which have not even been updated since 2009... It would be helpful to be able to sort the lists by "last updated" so we can easily find ones that might work with 6.1

Hello, I am planning to purchase a WHMCS License for selling my products but I am confused with the addons and License type to purchase. i hope you will help me sort out this problem after i explain you my scenario. I sell different services through different domains offering few similar and dissimilar services in each domain. i use 5 different domains. to sell the and now i want to mange using WHMCS. So my question here is do you offer a license such that i keep my WHMCS in a sixth domain and use it to manage the 5 different domains. since my selling domains are different i need to customize them differently. So what options will be available to me and addons required for that.
