Display wrong epp message

Hello,

 

In domain transfer, is it possible to check if the epp code is incorrect?

 

I would like to customise the template so that if the epp is wrong, it will display a message informing the user about the wrong epp and preventing him from moving any further.

my thought would be that this would require a hook, or some API method of communicating with the registrar, because I don't think WHMCS submits the EPP code until payment is confirmed - long after the stage the EPP code has been entered by the customer.
