Hello,

I have this issue that I can not solved.

When a new customer is processing a payment for a product he will not be redirected to the payment service (2Checkout or Paypal) but instead he will get this strange ERROR on his invoice.

"Payment attempt was not successful " (see image included)

Can you help me to fix this problem.
