WHMCS ChrisD
Hi Mitch, Thanks for your post. By chance do you happen to have an account called "httpnlia" loaded in your WHMCS account it appears that the application links are trying to activate the links on the account

3awh
Found it search the Database for the name there is actually 3 of them checking the full log They are add on domains That I have a separate billing for each those are the login names for those addon domains. I guess I will move them to there own cpanel account then Hope that fixes them.
3awh
When I try to save the new account name and password for login to cpanel it shows in the log that it was changed but it is never changed. I had to go into the database and change it the username manually then it would login to cpanel and there would be no error in Application Links log. Now there is a problem with one account It is a directory off of another account and they have a html page there. But in whmcs they have a billing account and invoices that get sent out every 3 months. So I can't move it to its own account no domain. So I had to change the name to the same as one of the others so there is no error. How do i allow it to exist and not get the error in the Application Links log when activating it? for now its changed will there be any problem down the road
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey Mitch, Glad to hear you found them I'm going to check internally how we can get around that for you, at the moment how do you have those addon domains setup in your WHMCS Billing Portal?
