Support Pricing Gone up by more that Double.. WTF ???

So we have been loyal customers for many years now and have been paying a support fee that we really hardly ever use. Last year it was 44.95, now its $99. That's all in 12 months period.

 

Thats more than double what it used to be. Dont you think thats a bit of an exorbitant price increase in a 12 month period ? Which i could put my prices up by more than double in 12 month.

 

Just saying.... bit disgruntled and im pretty sure there are others out there feeling the same.

 

Better use support more now that im paying more i guess

this change happened last year - 22 June 2015 to be precise... perhaps you were lucky and renewed just before that date!

Yeah, this is rather old news

Prior to that, I can't recall when the last price hike was, but it had been a while.

 

Honestly, you're not just paying for support (it wouldn't be worth it if that was the case). You're paying for updates as well. Seeing as how we've had 3 somewhat major updates (not counting 6.0) in the last year, I'd say the cost is very well worth it.
