ocastaned
All my prices are in dollars. A customer is asking me to get his monthly invoice in Euros. is that possible?
brian!
that's tricky! you can't (shouldn't!) change a client's default currency if they have existing orders/invoices - so if they've previously ordered in USD, they can't now order in Euro. you could create a new account for this customer and then set the default currency to EUR, then all their future orders would be in EUR, but then you'd have to move existing invoices/services across and that might create further problems. I suppose if your site offered prices in both USD and EUR, or at least had EUR setup as a currency auto-updating the exchange rate daily, then you could tweak the invoice template to show the price in EUR (as it would just be a simple calculation - USD * exchangerate) - but it might be a lot of hassle to go through for just one client. so possible, but depending on how you've got WHMCS configured, potentially tricky to do.
