Post upgrade issues w/ v.6.01 - Weird issues & PHP Errors

I'm hoping that someone can provide some guidance for me regarding the issues that I'm experiencing. I recently upgraded to version 6.01.

 

Here are the issues:

 

1. - As soon as I login, at the very top I see a few spinning items with a red error of some sort...but they never stop spinning.

2. - Also, I was trying to 'activate' one of my inactive/disabled Administrator Accounts.

 

After I uncheck the 'Disabled' check box and enter my password, I get a PHP error.

i'd suggest uploading the files again - perhaps one or more have not uploaded correctly.
