2co gateway log unsuccessful

from last week I'm facing a problem. 2co is sending fraud status change and all other callback notification . But in my gateway log i see every 2checkout log result is unsuccessful. For that module is not changing payment status as well as doesn't creating new account. Anyone please help.

That is the full debug data. But i see when notification is successful there is no X is debug data. Means customer_last_name instead of X_last_name.

That callback doesn't seem to actually have the words "fraud_status_changed" in it though?

What was the Result next to this entry please?
