I have this exact issue, why oh why can't people actually say what fixed the error

struggling to install this on the latest whmcs, could someone confirm it works? I added it to modules/admin but cant find it in my addons?

Hi guys, I am looking for a plugin that will connect to our switches and control switch ports, for example if a client does not pay their bill it will suspend the switch port so the server goes offline, and when they pay it comes back online. I found this on youtube - But the site is dead. Is there something similar available? Kind Regards,
