CCSupport
Just noticed an error within the activity log: EMAILERROR: Email Template Domain Transfer Completed Not Found Looks like any domain transfers are not having emails sent after completion. Is this email template something that needs to be added? I would have though this would be built-in?

durangod
mmmm interesting i dont see one on mine either.... im wondering if that is a spoof or bug of some kind... and that message was in your whmcs activity log or your cPanel log? Thats all it said, no other info? a search of the script finds nothing for "Template Domain Transfer" or " Template Domain Transfer Completed". I was thinking it might be in the lang file or in some other file as a pre set error message but found nothing on entire search. brian!
when I searched for this, all I could find were references to Enom... so I think that's where the issue might be... I know CCSupport has the Enom Pro addon installed, so whether it is part of that or a previous enom addon, I don't know - but I don't think that its an email template that comes with whmcs by default... hence why we can't find it!
CCSupport
Arrrr....that makes sense Brian! Ooops! lol...I will have a chat with Circle Tree to see if this is an issue with eNom Pro
SeanP
I am getting this error, as well. I am using ResellerClub. I don't have the template. Is it supposed to be there? It appears to be missing from the WHMCS demo, as well.
imaticon
Hi, The template is simply missing and never has been implemented by whmcs. Create the domain email template called "Domain Transfer Completed" and everything will work as expected. Regards, Marco
agarzon
I had the same issue. As Marco said, creating a template called "Domain Transfer Completed", is a fix. But this still being a bug in WHCMS since this should come by default in any installation.

solver80
I'm getting exactly same error on a new installation v6.1.1 upgraded to v6.2.0. I have email template "Domain Transfer Completed". What could be a reason?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 29, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 29, 2016 Hi, The email is currently sent for domains being transferred in to the eNom module when the domainsync.php script detects the transfer is complete. The email is sent at the same time as the domain's status is automatically changed from Pending Transfer to Active.
