Show which sub-account user submitted a support email

Let's say I have main account Bob Jones - and 2 sub accounts, Tom Smith and Harry French.

Whenever I receive a support email from Harry or Tom, the support ticket says it's from Bob Jones and there's no email address visible from the submitter - so how do we know who sent the email and who to reply to (by name)?

I found this thread which is old, but the issue is current for me:

Any update on this capability?

Hi,

The contact/Sub-account's name will be displayed next to their message when viewing the ticket in the admin area.

Hi John

Yes, I am aware of that, but I am referring to the support ticket overview screen. There is no way to see which sub-contact is the submitter, so everything appears to show as if it is from the primary contact - in my scenario above, it will show Bob Jones ABC company, regardless of whether the ticket was actually submitted by Tom Smith.

Only on clicking the email does it show the actual submitter's name.

So why not show the actual sub-account submitter's name, then the company name;

Tom Smith - ABC company

Just confusing and illogical the way it is currently set.

Thanks
