Hi,

We have some products that we are selling along with Domain Registration. The problem now is the user cannot Purchase the products for more than 3 years since the Product/Service configuration Pricing limits to 3 year.

So How is it possible to overcome this issue ? How we can set product purchasing year to exactly same as like domains. ???

Thanks in Advance,

There is not currently an option to add custom billing cycles to products in WHMCS. You might want to consider Billable Items instead, which can have a cycle of any length you desire (however have no automation): http://docs.whmcs.com/Billable_Items

there is a feature request for this too - https://requests.whmcs.com/responses/ability-to-add-more-billing-cycles-than-3-years

technically, I think you could rename the cycles (Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, Biennially and Triennially) to whatever you like, and then after the order adjust the next due date to match the year length ordered - either manually or by a hook... but that might be a lot of hassle for very little gain.

your best bet may be to add your name to the feature request and hope it gets added at some future point.
