Don't send autoresponse for replies

I would like to know if it would be possible to disable the autoresponder for replies to tickets already opened - or for example, if it would be possible to tell the system not to send autoreplies more than once in any 24 hr period.

 

We are happy to have the first email be responded to automatically, but how to moderate it from that point? Is there somewhere in the code to modify this?

 

Our customers have provided feedback that the autoresponder is a bit of an overkill - for example it's a bit much always getting an autoresponse for every email sent, especially if they submit 3 or 4 emails to us in the space of an hour or two.

Hi,

The ticket open acknowledgement email will be sent for every new ticket that's opened, but if they replied to an existing ticket then they wouldn't receive any further autoresponders.
