You can't tell them to "get out". exactly as i bought this it did not work in my theme and i have logs of chats and tickets where he told me it works in portal but not custom themes and that whm userrnames need to be 5-6 letters only for this to work. regardless to how much a theme cost this mod should work as a majority of WHMCS users will have custom themes. if anyone wants i can provide screenshots of how this shows in a custom theme before i remove this mod Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It wasnt the mod it was your cheap little theme that isnt compatible with the mod. Your theme has way to much padding which is why its causing these errors. I have other clients using this mod on custom themes with no problems at all. And you showed me a screen shot of your user name not fitting. I offered to help you with youe theme increasing the padding and you never sent the theme as i asked. I reccomened that you change the usernames to 5-6 characters for it to fully fit in your theme without you editing anything and you didnt want to do that either. I asked him to swap the theme to portal to make sure the mod fully worked which it did and i had to go to clients and login as a client to test it my self. Everything was working. You banded me because i asked you one question and you flipped out. Take a deep breath and step back please because your being quite redicilious. even if he goofed up and gave you more access then he should have what right did you have to take it upon yourself and snoop around his clients list and any other section not relevant to the work you were doing?
