isdoo
Would also prefer an Android version.
davet
Without access to service/product and domain registration info the iWHMCS is pretty much useless for my needs. For now I still have to use the full screen version on my iPhone. I think the app could be very useful if access to services/products and domain registration info was available to an admin. A brandable Client Area iPhone app would be a nice bonus. I know our customers would like to have easy access to support and billing functions from an iPhone app. But just a thought.
Damo
The ability to see order details is also required. I've just started using this instead of the mobile version but when two orders came in earlier all I could do was accep/etc.. the order. The order number, cilent name and amount were visible but no details on what the order was actually for. I really like the app so far and am looking forward to see the developments.
mojowill
Considering Android phones are outselling iPhones I am in agreement on this. I'd love to know who told you this, they were lying. The iPhone is outselling every single smartphone in all countries it is available. A blackberry app would be handy as the Blackberry is more the device for businesses, we have just traded in all our iPhones for Blackberrys for emails nothing can beat the master, the Blackberry!
solokron
You do realize that Android is an OS and is on a fleet of cell phones? It is not a single phone. It is on nine + phones now worldwide, growing rapidly and are not limited to a single carrier. It will be very clear by 2011 who leads. I'd love to know who told you this, they were lying. estrahon
I know the update to include iPod support was added a month ago but I just noticed! Thanks!
bobbravo2
The application works, Just it does not give the option to close tickets but rather delete them I second that. There needs to be the option to close tickets. The only way to do it currently is to reply and then close it.
vchosting
The mobile version is pretty good on my blackberry
demowolf
Another vote here for the multiple connection feature request... to allow me to either run 2 copies of iWHMCS, or 1 copy that allows me to switch between 2 WHMCS installs. Would be awesome!! Rob.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 23, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 23, 2010 I can confirm we will be adding support for multiple connection profiles in the next release. That's in addition to support for using predefined ticket replies to answer tickets, the ability to view & issue module commands for products/services under a client, the ability to close tickets, enhanced order details display and a few other smaller tweaks & adjustments. We're in the final stages of testing and so are hoping to release it fairly soon. Matt

TheHostingHeroes
Great to hear Matt, looking forward to the update...does it include the ability to include signatures in ticket replies by any chance? I would assume so as its prob more of a bug that the sig is missing! But I hope Matt confirms!
Daniel
Hopefully the ticket order has also been fixed, Im having strange problems with ticket replies being put into the middle of the ticket rather than at the top.
wickedmx
Hopefully the ticket order has also been fixed, Im having strange problems with ticket replies being put into the middle of the ticket rather than at the top. Hey Daniel, I've had direct confirmation from Matt that the ticket order fix is in the upcoming release of the app which is due out in the next few weeks.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 7, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 7, 2010 Yes, I can confirm ticket signatures will also be included in the next update. Ticket ordering should be working ok already - can someone PM me their connection details and a ticket department/title it's occuring on. wickedmx
I've downloaded the recent update(1.2), however issues still exist as outlined below: 1) when inserting a predefine it is not inserting the whole message but only a couple of lines. The predefine is 15 lines long in WHMCS but I am only getting the last 2 when inserting this into my iWHMCS reply. 2) signatures are still not being inserted. I am not sure if I'm meant to adjust something first, but if I am I have no idea where the setting is. 3) the ticket order issue still seems to be present whereby, when you have the order set to descending, you get the initial submission at the top and then then the next reply is at the bottom, with the message directly under the initial submission always being the most recent. I am assuming that the setting is meant to display the order(ascending or descending) the same as when you make these changes for the main ticket system. I thought all of this may have been an update bug so I even tried completely removing the app from my iPhone and iTunes and then downloading it again...no luck though.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 14, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 14, 2010 Hi, For numbers 1 & 3, some API updates are needed - upload the files from the download @ http://www.whmcs.com/members/dl.php?type=d&id=46 to /includes/api/ and then retry. And for #2, please ensure you are running V4.2 for your main WHMCS installation. Matt
wickedmx
Hi Matt Am running 4.2.1 and iWHMCS 1.2 but the bugs are still there, however some have changed their nature. Will post a new thread in the bugs forum. Cheers
Juanzo
It would be great also if we could see more information about clients, like unpaid invoices for example.
mrl14
I had to reset the connection settings and it keeps telling me my URL is invalid... I've updated the includes/api files
mrl14
Got it working. The app crashes if you have index.php in the file url as well
