Just wanted to start a quick thread to see what it is that people would like to see from this point on. We have created addons for WHMCS that auto install the following on cPanel creation. WORDPRESS JOOMLA 1.5 JOOMLA 1.6 DRUPAL We would now like your suggestions on what you think our team should work on next. Hi Mark In reponse to your questions; 1) No not as default but this is something that we can happily customise for you. 2) You can drop any plugins and themes into the default zip folder which will then be installed at the same time. This is currently supporting version 3.1 and we do periodically update teh addon as and when new releases are available. Hi Not currently but this is something that we are working on for the next version. Version 1.1.1 has just been released which now installs WordPress 3.0.4 direct into the root directory.

If you go to Setup -> Email Templates -> Click on the edit icon next to the email template that you are referring to and in the top of that page you will be able to see the filed that has your current email address in it - enter your support email address and click save changes.

This does depend on what type of license he has and who he got the license from. He may not have the ability to re-issue his license. If it reguarly keeps working and then failing periodically with no changes being made the license records will need to be looked at by WHMCS.

Hi Its not that straight forward as every integration will be different depending upon the theme. You need to set up a page with the layout and menus etc just as you want it to appear on your WHMCS integration page and then view the html source code. You would then need to set up a new template directory in WHMCS at whmcs/templates/yournewtheme In here you would need to include all the .tpl files from one of the other themes Copy the header HTML and place that into header.tpl from your new whmcs theme. Then you would need to do the same for the footer.tpl and this would give your theme the look of the rest of the site. You would then need to choose the new theme template from within WHMCS admin to display it. Its quite complex and if you are not to sure as to what to do then you would need to get someone with HTML experience and an understanding of WHMCS to do this for you. Because of this that was why I recommended getting WHMCS to do it for you. Its not really that expensive to be fair if you take into consideration the time it would take you to do it in hours. Hi For license issues you need to raise a support ticket with WHMCS direct for this to be resolved. It will be due to either a directory change, a change of IP address, or a change of domain.

Hi Mark Thank you for your interest in VC-AutoPress In answer to your questions; Yes the script is encrypted to protect our work. I understand peoples concerns over encrypted software and all I can do is publically assure you that there is nothing in the script other than the code required to excecute the script and make it work. The script does not obtain any data and purely carries out the job it is intended to do. We have many customers using this script and Im sure they will confirm that they have not had any issues. In terms of the license check, I will say no more than you are paying for one years use which is renewable and if during one of those annual periods we were to cease trading (Which is not going to happen - we have to manny customers) I would personally ensure that anyone who had purchased teh script got the script without the license check facility built in so that there was never an issue of you being without it in the future. We have customers that use this script and have based their business around it. I fully believe in honest and ethical conduct and you would not be left high and dry. The installation typically takes around 10 - 60 seconds from clicking the Final Order button on the cart. When their screen refreshes the site has been fully installed. In terms of customisation, At this time the script will purely install wordpress and teh database required, the wordpress site can be fully customised and you can set up as many products as you like to offer customers different versions as standard with different plugins and themes etc. There is nothing that currently allows for the script to set up an email address in cPanel im afraid. This is something we may look at for furture releases.
