Bear, I dont get it too. I guess they think that after installing and making it work, I will be paying for it. No I wont! I installed livezilla, mibew in less than 10 minutes. Last Sunday other developer helped me installing his addon too. Now I only have to choose from 3 working live chats. That's it. I am moving on! Why spend days trying to make something work? And something like a live chat only! Sorry, Kodex, I have bigger things to worry about. At least with me, they lost timing. And now they lost my respect too.

Unfortunately I believe I paid it with paypal funds I already had. I'm giving up. Kodex is not serious. I am happy I didnt pay for owned version. I dont really need the money I paid but its just not fear or honest they refuse to return the money paid. I tryed to install their new software last monday and guess what? Doesnt work, doesnt have any documentation. Why bother trying again? Seriously, I must say I never saw or bought anything that gave me more trouble than this live chat. And they still want to make like I am the person who lacks honesty. C'est la vie.

Kodex is refusing to refund the money I paid to use their software a month ago and couldnt use it. They just told paypal that they sent the item, like it was just perfect! Kodex, I want my money back. I wont loose my time with your buggy software anymore. I hope you refund my money. That would say that at least you're honest. And dont come saying you'll help me, and it will work. I AM TIRED OF LOOSING TIME. Dont even try it.

I tryed to submit a ticket. Your site was off. How can I trust at your company if your site is always moving to other hosting companies and your whmcs isnt up so I can send a ticket? I tryed to send an email also. I got an error: ====== Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: support@webbix.ca Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 No Such User Here" (state 14). ======

I am getting tired of the promises of Kodex/Webbix. They told me they wouldnt refund my money even I could use the script that I paid for. They said they wold rewrite the script and I should be able to use it. But their site is off once again and feel I must complain at paypal about it. I want my money back. Too much time spent. I wish at least one of those script were from a serious company. TJ and Kodex arent. Unfortunately I am going back to livezilla. It doesnt have a mac client but at least it works.

Well, I didnt know it when I paid a leased license. I paid a week ago and the script (missing important files, instructions). You helped me, sent me the files missing at the package and It was working well for less than a day when you told me to upgrade to version 2 and it didnt work anymore. I get that the script is having a lot of bugs. But its not very honest to refuse refunding the money I paid to use it since I cant actually use it.

I asked them to refund the money I paid. Its sad, but I cant wait anymore. Livezilla may not work at my macs but at least I can run it at vmware and it will work. I am happy I didnt get the owned version..

Hello, I installed I and get the message: The file /home/predlud/public_html/central/chat.php is corrupted. And the admin page at Addon Modules is a little messed up. How do I fix it?

iPhone App was a long wish for me. Cheers, WHMCS! It was my birthday (and holiday) gift. But it doesnt work for me yet. Of course I bought the license... I hope support wont take long, I really need it to work for the next days... Already did everything the wiki page told to do too. I only get blank pages instead of orders tab. It shows orders correctly.

This is sad. The chat looked very promising. I am a mac user and had to buy the license of VMWare only to run livezilla. I guess I'm going back to it..
