  1. Yes you're correct, it was the server time that was off by 8 minutes.
  2. This was working previously but I was alerted by a customer that it is no longer working. I tried to set it up on a test customer but when I try to add 2FA using Google Authenticator it returns the following: The code you entered did not match what was expected. I tried to close google Authenticator... re-opened it and tried again but still no luck. I do have a paid license for the Time Based 2FA Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas how to get this working again?
  3. Haven't found a viable solution. I basically have to login to WHM and go to CSF and add/remove manually now.
  4. I have a customer that order the SpamExperts service through my site. Normally it will activate without any probelms but for this specific customer it returns the error when we click "Attempt Configuration" within WHMCS. mx.spamexperts.com cannot be a destination. Any clue how to get this activated?
  5. I've activated Inbound and Outbound spam filter for my domain interactiveonline.com from MartketConnect for the SpamExperts spam filter service. How do I get support for the SpamExperts service? Do I contact WHMCS directly? I thought with the outbound service I get my own SMTP server that SpamExperts sets up for me to use to send email instead of using my server's SMTP server for sending. I need to know how to get that setup. Any suggestions?

  7. Is it possible to hide MarketConnect products/services only for a specific customer? I don't want it to show up within the Client Area as a promotion nor on any order forms as an upsell... but only for a specific customer. Is this possible?

    eNom New TLD addon issue

    Been having this same issue. I am 100% positive the main IP of the server and the static IP of interactiveonline.com is whitelisted within the enom API... and I am using the correct password. I don't have any problems with WHMCS registering or renewing domain registrations. I only have a problem with the Enom NewTLD module being able to login to enom. Any further suggestion on how to get this working?
  9. I'm looking for suggestions for an addon module for WHMCS to connect to CSF which gives my customers and admins the ability to unblock their IP. Please only provide suggestions if you currently have the addon working. A lot of the addons I found are outdated and don't support the new CPanel API to connect to CPanel servers. I was previously using AutoUnblock CSF but the developer is no longer offering this addon and it no longer works if you connect WHMCS to the servers using the CPanel API. The Remote Host Key way of setting it up is being deprecated in CPanel. AutoUnblock CSF from GKroot was working for us and was able to 1) allow customers to unblock their IP from the client area and 2) All admins to whitelist or block IPs across all servers connected to WHMCS. I've tried pretty much all of the alternatives but all of them either don;t work or don;t give the ability to unblock an IP from all servers from within WHMCS. I've tried Jetserver CSF Manager at https://github.com/Jetserver/WHMCS-CSF-Manager but when clients go to Manage Firewall it returns "Token authentication is restricted to WHMAPI calls only" I've tried UnBan Center for WHMCS at https://www.modulesgarden.com/products/whmcs/unban-center but it doesn't give the ability to whitelist or remove an IP from all connected servers from WHMCS admin area. I've tried WHMCS CSF Unblocker Module at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1652121 but still haven;t been able to get it working with the help of the developer. I have NOT tried Gold CSF Firewall Auto Unblock yet at http://www.whmcsgold.com/csffirewall Does anyone have any further suggestions on a working addon that supports the CPanel API connection method to the servers? Or does anyone have suggestions on a developer that can fix AutoUnblock CSF to support the CPanel API instead? The developer of AutoUnblock CSF says the old non-working version is still available for download and is open source now.
  10. Thanks I got it working. Yes it is a useful widget for me. I look at it almost daily since it shows an Estimated Annual Income. The Income Forecast Report only shows a 2 year income forecast.
  11. I upgraded to 7.1.0 which has the new admin dashboard. It looks great but is missing the Income Forecast Widget. Is there a way to re-add this?

Customers who are standard CPanel accounts can click the Email Accounts, Forwards, Autoresponders, etc icons within WHMCS 6 and it does login to CPanel.... but if a customer is a Reseller and has WHM access it doesn't work. Instead it redirects to a page that says: ============================== WHM HTTP error 404 The requested page was not found. Possible reasons why you are seeing this page: A bookmarked URL may have changed since you last visited. The URL was entered incorrectly. The URL was entered with inaccurate capitalization (URLs are case sensitive). Please re-check the URL you are trying to reach. (Go Back) ============================== It also would be nice if the Login to CPanel, Login to Webmail, and Login to WHM were added to the "six" WHMCS theme.
  13. Which template file can I edit in WHMCS 6 to add a menu item in the drop-down menu within the Client Area? I'm trying to add a menu item to link to the Addon for AutoUnblock csf as described here http://www.gk-root.com/GK-Apps/AutoUnblock-csf/#Template editing but it seems Template six is a bit different from the WHMCS 5 default template as far as editing it is concerned.

    eNom Reseller Renewal Information

    I received the following from enom today about ICANN compliance. I know about this documentation at http://blog.whmcs.com/?t=78862 but it doesn't satisfy the following requirements: 1) Renewal notices must be sent to the registrant, not just an account holder. 2) An agreement in writing to blind copy (BCC) all of your renewal notices to esellerrenewals@enom.com Any ideas how to send reminders to registrant as well as customer? Also how to BCC Renewals notices to resellerrenewals@enom.com?
