We are looking at how to delay the billing of a service until the product has been activated e.g On the 1st of the month the customer places the order and WHMCS takes the payment. The service take 3-5 days to activate, how do we not start the billing until the service has been activated in the portal. On the invoice it has the date that the product was purchased not when it was active. Help would be great how to achieve this Thanks

Hello, Nice to meet you, I have one problem for adding order form for clients. And I added payment to my WHMCS. - I mean If client complete order form for first product or service, client will paid before they get product or services on current logic. But we may not activate them for a few days because it takes this long to process the order. So I am going to use credit and I think the credit way is going to be the only way So then when the next invoice is raised it will take the credit off. Soon client have to billing after active product is actived. - so I am going to use credit for that. As you know client can have credit for initial payment. How can do it set on daahboard? or How can do it for me? Thanks for your help.

Let me ask you more something.
I have to add follow step on my WHMCS site and after clients complete order form and submitted to our service, perhaps they have to wait for a 24~48hour because of we have to link products and services to fit clients, So I don't want client pay after they complete order form at once. After product or service actived, they have to pay. How can solve this?

Thank you for your reply. I am going to add Sage pay payment gateway to my WHMCS. As you see on screenshot, I added Sage pay payment gate way. I am a stranger on WHMCS. This is correct for that? But I get follow error message on testing for Sage Pay. (error screenshot) Please help me. Thanks.

Also card payment have to take the initial payment Also on the order process can make them complete a Direct debit and then take a card payment for the initial payment? Because they will need to pay for the initial payment first and then on going payments will be by direct debit I would need to add the function of setting up a Direct Debit via GoCardless as well as taking the initial payment during the signup process Who can help me Let me know about that I am a stranger on WHMCS.
