  1. It wouldn't likely be available in your reseller host provider's dashboard as they would likely only account for the reseller account and not sub-accounts created by the reseller account.
  2. Database queries are a WHMCS administrator's best friend
  3. You can also find good White-label module integrations for WHMCS on the marketplace. Here's one I've been satisfied with: https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/6108-vps-reseller
  4. I'm sorry, I am not being helpful. I would suggest attempting to bill clients much earlier than 24 hours before the registrar suspends access, however. (At least that is how I understood your previous statement).
  5. Off-topic, but why wait until the day before a domain expires to renew. That's crazy.
  6. I think you must use OnlineNICPro module which is directly obtained via OnlineNIC instead of WHMCS default module for new gTLDs like .life, .xyz
  7. What server modules are you using to provision hosting or banners (if any)? If not using existing server modules, what does ā€œprovisioningā€ entail when you have previously provisioned them separately, as I believe you mentioned having done previously?
  8. Without knowing the full details of your requirement, it seems an if/then statement could be integrated into the Invoice Reminder email that dispatches to the client (if configured in Automation Settings). If I’m not mistaken, the payment reminder emails include support for product ID merge fields. This could be a simplistic solution using already in-place configuration/automation settings. You would just if/then and run a php script that sends the mail and possibly inserts merge fields from the existing template.
  9. Alternatively, you can simply remove the tick in "Run Module Create" box and accept the order, which will automatically set service to "Active". It is also possible to send the Welcome Email at this time based on value of "Send Welcome Email" tick box.
  10. Setup v8.x on dev environment and cannot get accustomed to the modified Admin area layout...I am normally not excited about big changes, but have always quickly acclimated to other change in short order. I spend too many hours of my life in previous WHMCS admin, and am having no such luck with 8 so I am going to wait it out before making any changes to production site. Aside from the layout, no other significant issues arose during my test upgrade...It would be the smoothest WHMCS major release upgrade in the history of our business if we were able to replicate the same results as our test-run. Normally, maintenance mode and 5-10 minutes of hastily going back and forth to error logs accompany any major update. Sadly, we may never experience.
  11. I imagine the pending backorder domains and related attributes are what is imported. Alternatively, some kind of persistent API connection would be required to yield the same level of access to the deleting domains and not many registrars are going to sign up to host that project, much less invite the public. Perhaps you could import the backorder data into separate db and setup remote connection to it from your WHMCS database?
  12. I am happy to assist in any way that I can. You may reach me via reply or message.
  13. I found Rad Web Hosting support to be particularly helpful in configuring the module and setting up the automated features. I was unsure of them but they are going above to help out their resellers so I don't mind the pricing-which is not terrible.
