Tip: Use English as language in the WHMCS admin area. I would love to use my own language but it would make troubleshooting very difficult. In the WHMCS client area you can append &lang=english to any URL if you like to see the same page in English for troubleshooting purposes. Translating documentation to 25 different languages is a big no go in my book and I'm glad they don't. You would just get some "AI" generated nonsensical content.

Try creating a file called "theme.yaml" in your template root (i.e. /whmcs/templates/yourtemplate/theme.yaml) with similar contents: name: "My Custom Theme" author: "My Custom Theme Author" config: parent: six See if this helps you to at least serve actual pages when accessed. Then work on updating according to your requirements.

Probably the best place to start is to modify the current template so that it is a child of six template. That should provide the missing .tpl files and you can modify them as desired.

It explains the issue. It can't display the page(s) because there's no content to display by default. I'd do a side by side comparison to see what's different, but guess the problem template may be for a different version of WHMCS?

Does it happen with the default themes from WHMCS? If not, it's your theme. Turn on (briefly) display errors, load the page, see what's breaking. That's where I'd start.

I've been getting some excellent feedback on this (posted to a few places to get a broader reach), and this is shaping up quite nicely. Now to get all of this integrated 🙂
