customize Menu modification

Can sombody explain me how to modify the menus in whmcs, the online docs don't were to modify code

basically, there are no files to modify as such - you need to use action hooks, which are small .php files that you can add to the includes/hooks folder, and if coded correctly, they can be used to modify the menus.

I daresay that you will find plenty of working navbar hooks if you search for 'ClientAreaPrimaryNavbar'.

if you don't want to use hooks, then there are commercial addons in Marketplace, e.g Advanced Menu Manager, that you can use to modify the menus.
