Process order from external site

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

We are trying to provide a service on a site that when the customer starts the purchase, they are redirected to a page on our WHMCS with some POST data being passed which would be relevant to the order.  After the order is processed the customer has to be redirected back to the initial site with some more data passed. We're hoping someone can point us in the right direction of what method we should be looking at on WHMCS to achieve this kind of work flow.

Best Regards,

Last week turned out to be particularly busy for the entire ModulesGarden team – after all, three full-scale module updates do not happen by accident!

      1. Zendesk For WHMCS 2.2.0

First off, let us introduce you to the energizing new update of the tool that is a foolproof formula to genuine customer love and their unshaken trust for your business – Zendesk For WHMCS 2.2.0.

The outline of this revamped version shall, by all means, start with a heads-up to the new “Ticket Fields” box, making it feasible to specify which extra fields set up in Zendesk will be displayed to customers while they submit new tickets via your WHMCS client area. Additionally, a further layer of flexibility was introduced for you to be able to rename your Zendesk departments – no matter if you only wish to simply translate them or establish an entirely different value, you are now free to proceed! And last but not least, following the voice of our customers we have powered the module with the possibility to automatically adjust your client’s phone number in Zendesk according to the changes you make within your WHMCS.

      How convenient is that?

Find out more about Zendesk For WHMCS 2.2.0 and see for yourself!

      2. EasyDCIM Dedicated Servers For WHMCS 1.7.0

And now let us turn the due spotlight on the second release this week. Our free-of-charge EasyDCIM Dedicated Servers For WHMCS module embraced the WHMCS V7.9 support and a whole suite of novel functions under the 1.7.0 update that you are more than welcome to explore.

Firstly, owing to a pair of new criteria, you will be empowered to define orders even more accurately, that is choose the “Any Model” value instead of providing a specific server model and determine any required number of additional parts. When it comes to the post-order provisioning actions which are now performed asynchronously, whenever any of them turns out unsuccessful, the service status in your WHMCS will be accordingly changed. Last but not least, your customers will gain the power to enable the “Rescue Mode” so as to have an overview of the owned partitions.

Although it seems as if we have exhausted the subject already, there is still plenty of effected changes to dig into. Make sure to study the changelog notes and do not let a single tweak slip your notice!

      3. Client Profile Viewer For WHMCS 1.7.0

The third to mention today is our ultra-convenient module developed with a view to let you easily access all essential details about your clients without even moving to their profiles – Client Profile Viewer For WHMCS in a modernized 1.7.0 version.

A single mouseover is enough to peek at yet some more useful info on your clientele thanks to two newly implemented widgets – Credit Card Information and Send Email, the second of which will enable you to send messages to your customers in a single instant. What is more, you can slim down your tooltips a little bit owing to the option to set the maximum number of records displayed on some of the widgets and also adjust them in a way so that their records are arranged in columns next to each other.

Start enjoying the comfort our just-launched Client Profile Viewer For WHMCS 1.7.0 update brings in along with a handful of other assorted enhancements.

Finally, yet no less importantly, it gives us great pleasure to announce that we are broadening the scope of services supported by our Cloud Billing For WHMCS solution with Google Cloud integration! This project, in the same manner as our original integration with AWS, will best demonstrate its practicality to all Google Cloud providers wishing to automate their customer billing.

Is there anyone interested in the early beta testing of this upcoming novelty and willing to give us their honest feedback? Perhaps the mind-blowing 75% discount will make this decision a little bit easier!

      Hi Guys,
I want to offer free web hosting for my potential clients, However when they purchase it I would like them to type in their site name which would then be a subdomain of my site. For example (elliesbuisness.example.com). How would I automatically set this up so it creates it as a subdomain on go daddy or enom, then uses it on whmcs with the free hosting plan.
      Many Thanks,
      Conor
