that's from the checkout.tpl template - so in standard_cart, it's using...

i'm not sure if it's the correct solution though as your text is in Dutch (and my Dutch knowledge is limited), but that's the only template that uses checkout-security-msg... so if it's not that, WHMCS is adding it in the background.
