I reply to support ticket. But it not cend client e mail

Please go into Setup > General Settings > Other > Display Errors & Log Errors then save.

Then add the following to your configuration.php file

$smtp_debug = true;

Once done try replying to a ticket and check for any errors in the SMTP log and your activity logs as well
