Blank page after saving module settings

Hi,

I moved the WHMCS installation from Plesk to cPanel. All things are working fine, but I have an issue with the 'Addons' in 'Setup > Addon Modules'. After saving the settings of every module I get a blank page. I go back with the browser 'Back' button and can see that the changes have been saved. The only issue is the blank page after I hit the 'Save' button.

I enabled the debug mode in WHMCS and in PHP enabled 'show errors', but there are not any errors on the blank page. WHMCS is running under PHP7.

Can anybody help here or should I contact WHMCS support directly?

Hey @indy0077

That is indeed odd! Anything in the server log modules?  Have you tried emptying the Addons folder out and restoring them one by one?

Hi, the WHMCS support solved it after a while. The issue was caused by an 3rd party addon. As you said, removing and re-installing the addon fixed the issue.
