SwiftModders Posted February 3, 2017 Share Posted February 3, 2017 Hello, So I've setup two Email Marketer rules in my WHMCS installation and all of my automation settings are good to go. Cron is working fine, no error or anything. I've setup the emails to be sent after 7 days from the order date with specific products, but I have a few questions: 1. If I select more than 1 product in the product-based rule, does that mean the client has to have BOTH products or is it an OR selection? 2. Does the rule only send once after 7 days or will it do it every 7 days? 3. Is the rule smart enough to email clients who ordered a long time ago and clearly 7 days have already passed? This way it emails every one of my clients who has owned the product for more than 7 days? 4. Do these rules show in the Email Log in WHMCS? Just curious because I have not seen mine sent yet. I'm asking these questions because I have not seen any of my email rules actioned yet. I believe it is setup correctly, but you never know.
