Incorrect INVOICES: NOT data customer on invoice. Very Bad support

I'm tired of supporting WHMCS problems. Eight years with you, and since the company grew and grew in trouble.

  1. To this day, the system updates is painful.
  2. The translations should separate chapter
  3. The modules included certain domain registrars are simply painful.

But the straw that broke the camel, is your answer to the problem of bills without user data.

In an unmodified installation, bareback, suddenly a few months ago I started the problem that certain invoices appear without user data.

The first answer me and seemed ugly, because basically it is blamed on which customers made changes to the contact or additional contacts, which is a stupid sovereignty, as a progam can not fail for user interaction.

But today when I discover that dozens of invoices (if I start to look for can be hundreds of them), many daily, reabro them the ticket with only about 6 examples and the request to stop this from occurring, and the solution is :

Running the following queries against your WHMCS database should resolve the issue for the affected invoices:

DELETE FROM `mod_invoicedata` WHERE `invoiceid` = '13142';

Amazing.

Now I have to devote my time to create a script to be adding each invoice with this distressing problem, and my service provider that charges its 15 or $ 20 a month, wash your hands.

Well, I think it's time to lose sight of this problem, called WHCMS

Have a good day.

Are you talking about the client info on the invoice? I've been using WHMCS for about 8 years now, and have never seen an issue where an invoice had no client information. What modules are you using? The SQL statement you gave is doing a delete from a "mod_invoicedata" table. Tables that have a "mod" prefix are from modules you have installed. Maybe the issue is from a module, and not WHMCS itself.
