mails going to spam even if i use mandrill

Hello,

 

I am using mandrill to deliver mails to inbox but when i send email through whmcs it goes to spam, infact when i send email directly through mandrill its delivered perfectly fine.

 

We have verified domain completely in mandrill still facing issue.. Any help?

double check your SMTP settings in WHMCS (port, encode, SSL, etc)
