Check if username and password is correct - Custom login page

Hi

I try to make a login page. But i don't relly know how to check if the username and password is correct.

 

I tried this but it relly dont work:

The statements where it check if the user have typed something inside the boxes work fine. Its only the part when i have to check the username and email.
