Change ticket replies order

That URL takes me to other page where there are no solution.

Others are saying they find the solution into admin panel, but they don't say which settings they changed?

You know what I found it. settings>general settings>support>ticket reply list order

you didn't mention whether you wanted to do this on the admin or client side - the client side is handled by the template modification in the thread I previously gave, and the admin side is detailed on the documentation site.

Choose the order support ticket messages are displayed when viewing a ticket in the admin area.

that feature for the Admin Area can be accessed from...

 

setup -> general settings -> support -> Ticket Reply List Order

 

from there, you can choose the order the replies are shown in the Admin Area.
