Import Domains from cPanel/whm

Hi everyone.

 

I've just upgraded to the latest version of WHMCS. I've already got a number of packages, successfully setup.

Today I created a new one, and to save time, I decided to use the import process. I noticed that my reseller account is highlighted in light green, which the key indicates as a package that doesn't exist in WHMCS. Is that to be expected?

Does it show up for more than 1 account or just your main reseller domain? I would expect it to appear like that if it is just your main domain and your host has granted you the ability to manage your own domain.

 

If it is showing up for more than 1 account then you should probably add those packages in WHMCS first.
