Change massive Billing Cycle

Hello,

 

I want to remove the Semi-Annually cycle from a product and only allow annual, bi-annual and tri-annual.

 

But I have a lot of customers with that billing cycle (semi annual).

 

How can I change massively the billing cycle of those customers to annual billing?

I don't think that there is a way to do it from within WHMCS for a large number of clients...

 

the Bulk Pricing Updater Addon - http://docs.whmcs.com/Bulk_Pricing_Updater_Addon - doesn't really handle changes in cycles, just the pricing...

 

you could probbaly use the Mass Update Tool - but this only works per client, so you would have to go through them individually...

if you are familiar with SQL, then you could write a query that would update the cycles/prices of the appropriate products - but I wouldn't do so unless you have previous experience of such queries - but if you do try it, remember to backup the database first!
