Can only transfer-in domain for 1-year term

I have a client using the default theme on WHMCS 5.3.9 ..

When transferring-IN a domain, the only option that is available it for 1-Year. There is no way to choose multiple years, even though pricing is setup for multiple years.

Is this a bug, an issue with the theme, or just a setting missing somewhere?

This is the intended behaviour; as far as I'm aware a domain can only be extended for 1 year upon transfer (and some don't get extended at-all).
