boldig Posted January 28, 2014 Share Posted January 28, 2014 Hi there Is it possible to kind of "split up" ticket response time for individual, i mean, how can i find out if supporter A is on helpdesk duty from 9-6 how long average response time this supporter have on his tickets ?
