Unable to see server error messages in Support Tickets

Hi there,

 

How can I configure WHMCS so that it doesn’t remove server error messages as well as footer messages? The reason for this that some clients open a Support Ticket and forward us their computer or any kind of mail errors. In this case I am unable to see the exact server error message because it’s removed by WHMCS.

 

Is there any kind of workaround?

Hi,

You can stop WHMCS from stripping forwarded and quoted messages from email replies by truncating the tblticketbreaklines table.

 

As always before making changes to the database please backup.
