  2. You are right! Of course they were expecting this outrage and it has been calculated for sure. I have sent them a ticket regarding this and they have replied saying nothing more than what was already known. They conclude with a vague promise about what they are planning to do in the future but without any specific mention to functions or added value that would make the price increase more justifiable.

  4. Yes, you are right. I am going to exhaust the active license and in the meantime prepare for migration. I am reading about Blesta. Also, since WHMCS is betraying the trust I have been showing to them since 2008(!!!) I will make sure to mention that in Trustpilot.
  5. This is a flat out rip-off! I have purchased a LIFETIME OWNED LICENSE and I expect WHMCS to honour that agreement! I have been paying the annual support for YEARS too! Any suggestions to migrate to?

  7. Hello, I have noticed that whenever I open a support ticket with WHMCS, I receive no email notifications that the ticket was answered. However eventually I DO receive an email asking me to evaluate the support I received. What is the problem? Is there a setting that I am missing?
  8. Hello, I am trying to figure out how to set Usage Billing. This is the scenario. I have 6 different VPS plans. For each plan the client can choose between two different control panels: Interworx (for x price) or cPanel (for y price). I added both in the Configurable Options. I state that the price for the cPanel option allows up to 30 cPanel accounts. I am not trying to figure out how to set the Usage Billing if the client adds more than 30 accounts. My provider is not charging me by the account but like this: So which would be the appropriate method of configuration? Thanks in advance
  9. What I finally had to do to overcome this issue was to use the firefox developer tools to manually add the ID and secret (pulled from Live section of Paypal developer page). Once saved the integration was complete. However, I then realised that the only available method with this new module was Subscription and there was no way to disable this so I decided to switch back to previous Paypal module.
  10. I have opened a ticket regarding this and I got the same answer as here although I have given the credentials so the WHMCS staff can give it a try themselves. They didn't even try, they just gave me the same answer about Firefox and cross-site access. I have already added the following code in my .htaccess file to enable CORS but it is still not working. <IfModule mod_headers.c> Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin '*' </IfModule> This is definitely an issue and needs to be resolved ASAP
  11. I also have the same problem, exactly. Tried with Firefox AND Safari too. Same results. The workaround suggested is not working since F12 on a Mac pumps the volume of the computer up.

  13. Hello, I need to add an IF...ELSE statement in a javascript file so an alternative snippet of code will be executed depending on the language. For example, if ($language = "Greek") { // block of code to be executed if the condition is true } else { // block of code to be executed if the condition is false } I tried it like that but it is not working. Any hints?
  14. Although the report in the Automation settings looks OK (green, cron run OK) the System Health report states that the cron has not completed successfully. However, I am getting email notifications every morning meaning that the cron has, indeed, been executing. I have moved the cron folder outside the web folder but it is properly set and works OK. Current Version: 7.6.0
  15. Hello, since yesterday the automated Welcome messages are not delivered. I noticed when I received a message that the welcome message was not delivered since it was marked as spam. I logged in the admin area and tried to send it manually again. I got an error "Could not instantiate mail function" since phpMail was enabled. I then switched to SMTP and I received another error "Data not accepted" I checked the Activity logs and I see these errors: Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: data not accepted. (Subject: Digimouse - New Account Information) WHMCS version: 7.5 PHP version: 7.2
