Email notifications for support ticket answers?

Hello, I have noticed that whenever I open a support ticket with WHMCS, I receive no email notifications that the ticket was answered. However eventually I DO receive an email asking me to evaluate the support I received. 

What is the problem? Is there a setting that I am missing?

Have you checked your spam folder? I notice WHMCS have not configured their email sending  SPF and DMARC records.. both fail resulting in emails potentially being marked as spam. At least this is the case on bug tickets (I usually submit those) see:

 

spf=fail (google.com: domain of bugs@whmcs.com does not designate 208.74.124.169 as permitted sender) smtp.mailfrom=bugs@whmcs.com;
       dmarc=fail (p=NONE sp=NONE dis=NONE) header.from=whmcs.com
Return-Path: <bugs@whmcs.com>
Received: from hou-1.frontend.www.prod.whmcs.com (hou-1.frontend.www.prod.whmcs.com. [208.74.124.169])

WHMCS if you need help configuring this, let me know my rates are quite cheap.
