Hello All, Some of my clients pay by automatic invoicing, where we take the money right off their accounts 10 days after the invoice is send, as we use proforma invoicing the invoicenumer changes when the invoice is paid, now they ask me if it is possibel to print the proforma invoice nummer on the paid Invoice; Does anyone have done this before, and can you guide me on how to do this?

This is really crazy. We will switch to blesta. We could live with a price increase of a couple percent, but 450% is ridiculous. And these eciting plans wthey have, they cannot even deliver a corretly working Credit invoie module or a modult so i can send all my customers one invoice permonth i have to buy a extra plugin to have this aranged. Really WHMCS going the Cpanel way was expected when you were taken over. We'll switch to and other system which also support European Payments and domain registrues.

Thanks for the heads up, we use Supportpal with these plugins, but it would just be convenient, as WHMCS has everything on board to have a good Support ticket system. May i ask you a question about supportpal in Pm?

At this moment we use support pal for our support tickets but I would love to include them in whmcs, so users have a backlog but one thing is stopping me. When we respond to a ticket the client only get our reply, and we would love to have all ticket history included in the ticket.

Hello, We want to do the following. We want to send out the invoices to our clients 45days before the expiry date of services and give them 30 days to pay the due amount. So we have a margin of 14 days in renewing their domains and services. Could this be done easily in WHMCS. Lodie
